Our school has participated in the “Kindergarten Education Scheme”. All students who are enrolled in our school’s courses and who are eligible to receive subsidies can obtain tuition subsidies from the government.

2024/25 School Year Kindergarten (K1) Admission Notice

Entry age:

K1 : Suitable for children born between September 2020 and December 2021

How to obtain application form (there is no quota for distribution of application form):
  1. Download Here.
  2. Visit our kindergarten to get it.
Period for distribution of application forms:
  1. Date: Beginning on June 1, 2023
  2. Time: Monday to Friday (9:30 am to 5:00 pm) and Saturday (9:00 am to 12:00 noon
Submission of application forms (no quota for admission applications):
  1. Date: June 1, 2023 to mid-October
  2. Submission method: Submit the application form in person or by post to the kindergarten [must be accompanied by the required documents (including the child’s identity document)]
  3. Application fee: HK$40 (to be paid when submitting the application form). The application fee will not be refunded regardless of whether application is succeed or not.

       Time: Monday to Friday (9:30 am to 5:00 pm) and Saturday (9:00 am to 12:00 noon)

Application for "2024/25 Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission"
  1. From the 2017/18 school year, the Education Bureau has implemented the policy of free quality kindergarten education to replace the old “Pre-primary Education Voucher Scheme”. Under the new scheme, the Education Bureau will use the “Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission” as the K1 registration document for each school year.
  2. From September to November 2023, parents must apply to the Education Bureau for a “Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission” (hereinafter referred to as the “Registration Certificate”). The “Registration Certificate” will start accepting applications in September this year. The EDB will announce the application details and upload the details on the EDB website (https://www.edb.gov.hk/en/edu-system/preprimary-kindergarten/kindergarten-k1-admission-arrangements/front.html). If the applicant has provided all the required information and documents when submitting the application, the EDB will generally take six to eight weeks to complete processing of the applications and issue the “Registration Certificate” to the eligible applicants for funding under the scheme.
Admission Criteria：
  1. Satisfactory performance in a face-to-face interview.
  2. Siblings of applicants who are currently studying in the kindergarten will be given priority.
  3. Applicants whose parents or siblings are school graduates will be given priority.
  4. If applying for a full-time place, priority will be given to applicants with family needs (please note that due to school places limitations, not all applicants who meet the priority consideration will be admitted.)
Meeting Arrangement:
  1. We will arrange interviews with all applicants for admission.
  2. The interview will be held in early November 2023, the kindergarten will notify parents by phone/mail
  3. Interviews could be in a group or individual, to be chosen by the school
  4. Parents must accompany the child to the interview.
  5. Please contact our kindergarten on 2394 1142 if translation or interpretation sercive is needed for the interview process with your non-chinese speaking child. We also welcome parents bringing along a friend or family member who can help with translation for better communicaion.
Admission result announcement：

       We will notify parents of the admission results by phone/post before mid-December 2023.

Registration Arrangements:
  1. Successful applicants: Parents must come to our kindergarten at the designated time within the “centralized registration date” in 2024 (to be announced by the Education Bureau in early January each year), and must submit the original “registration certificate” and pay registration fee.
  2. Applicants on the waiting list: Whenever there is a school place, we will issue a notice by post to ask parents for registration at the kindergarten on the specified date. The applicants must submit the original “Registration Certificate” and pay the registration fee. If you have any queries， please do not hesitate to contact us at 2394 1142.
  3. Parents, please note that if the valid registration documents are not submitted within the specified registration date, we may not be able to complete the procedures for the admission of children. Therefore, parents must apply for the relevant registration document from the Education Bureau within the specified date.
  4.  For the 2023/24 school year, the registration fee for half-day classes is HK$970, and the registration fee for full-time classes is HK$1,570. If parents decide to change school for your children after registration and before September, please notify us in writing, and we will return the “Registration Certificate” as soon as possible; if starts in September, please notify us in writing one month in advance. We will return the relevant “Registration Certificate” after one month, but the registration fee will not be refunded. After the “Registration Certificate” is retrieved, we will no longer reserve a place for the child.
